Brian Goonan, Ph.D.
Dr. Goonan earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from Emory University in 1994 and began his private practice in Houston, Texas in 1995. Since then he has provided individual, group, and family therapy within an outpatient environment. Dr. Goonan specializes in evaluations and interventions with youth with neurologically-based disorders, such as attention deficit disorder, autism, pervasive developmental disorder, and executive functioning disorders. Interventions include individual, group, and family counseling, school consultation, biofeedback, neurofeedback, and video feedback. Additionally, he focuses on identity development and identity development disorders in adolescents and adults. Dr. Goonan is available for consultation to school districts on structured teaching for autistic spectrum disorders.
